A Chat with Our Costume Designer, Scarlett Kellum

This is my second "tour of duty" with Scarlett Designer Scarlett Kellum, and I only become more impressed with her artistry the longer I work with her. In particular, her attention to the details of design that bring out character. Besides that, I'm sure she could turn an old discarded hat into a designer shoe if need be.
